Does the Neakasa M1 come with waste bags?

Yes! The Neakasa M1 includes 2 rolls of waste bags so you can start using it right out of the box.

Is the Neakasa M1 safe for my cat?

Yes. The M1 uses 9 total safety sensors (infrared + weight sensors) that instantly pause the cleaning cycle if your cat enters or approaches the box. It will not operate until the area is completely safe.

How often do I need to empty the waste bin?

Most households only need to empty the sealed waste bag every 10–14 days, depending on the number of cats and litter type.

 Can I use any type of cat litter?

The M1 works with most common litters including clumping clay, plant-based, and bentonite.

The only type not recommended: crystal / silica gel litter.

What happens if the waste bag fills up?

You’ll receive an alert in the app, and the cleaning cycle will pause until you empty the waste drawer.

How much space does the M1 need?

Recommended floor space: at least 2 ft x 2 ft to allow access and proper ventilation.

Does it come with a warranty?
